How to choose your own compression stockings?
1. Measure the girth of longest shins and shortest ankles with a measuring tape.
Most correct size is chosen from the girth of shins and ankles referring to size chart. For example, Miss Wan has the girth of ankles with 25 cm and shins with 43 cm, she has to choose size “L” as reference of the size chart.
2. Choose suitable compression levels
10-15mmHg is designed for compression-wear beginners who want to prevent varicose veins and say goodbye to swollen lower legs. They don’t need to put up their legs after going home.
15-20mmHg is the perfect compression for the balance of efficiency and comfort. It is recommended to people who have to sit or stand for hours, traveling by airplane, and want to have slim legs.
20-30mmHg is a must-have compression level for treating varicose veins, pregnant women or mama after giving birth, and people who are used to sit or stand for more than ten hours.
