1. Best timing of putting on your compression stockings
The most optimal time of putting on your compression stockings is after getting up and before leaving your beds in the morning. At this time, your blood vessels are not affected by the gravity and increasing swollen fluid pressure. If you missed this optimal time, you are recommended to elevate your legs for five to ten minutes before wearing your compression stockings. Be sure to keep the skin of your legs dry or use talcum powder if necessary for easily having-on.
