Step l.
Remove all package, unfold the sock holding it with the D-ring facing away from you
Then wear TXG Plantar Fasciitis Sock like casual socks until the D-ring facing the front, at the top of the leg, just below the kneecap.
Step 2.
Secure the upper strap around the calf by Velcro fastener. This strap should fit snug and secure but not so tight as to cause discomfort or cut off circulation.
Step 3.
Take the lower strap attached to the toe side and pass it thru the D-ring from the bottom to the top with your foot flat on the floor and your ankle at 90 degrees to the floor
